Art Leap is a Roblox experience created in collaboration with the Belvedere Museum. Designed to reimagine iconic paintings through play, it transforms masterpieces like "The Kiss" and "Napoleon at the Great St. Bernard" into interactive journeys. With a focus on cultural education and immersive design, the project introduces fine art to a new generation in a format that feels natural, fun, and personal to Roblox players.

The Belvedere Museum is known for its rich history, breathtaking art collections, and cultural significance. But in today’s digital world, innovation is key to staying relevant. That’s why Belvedere has embraced Roblox with Art Leap, a virtual experience that expands the museum’s reach beyond its physical walls.
We turned four iconic masterpieces into immersive worlds! Each artwork in Art Leap features unique mini-games designed to highlight different aspects of its story, technique, and cultural significance. These challenges transform passive appreciation into hands-on engagement, making every piece of art more dynamic and accessible.

GAMEPLAY
The core gameplay of Art Leap by Belvedere Museum revolves around players entering iconic paintings and embodying different characters in games inspired by the masterpiece. Players collect “golden paintbrushes” by completing games, exploring worlds and reading about art facts. These can be exchanged for companion creatures to reward the player engagement.
The game emphasizes subtle learnings about art. Making the player have fun in a cultural environment. There are no serious obstacles or game-over states, making it accessible to younger players while maintaining fun gameplay for all ages.

ON ROBLOX
By creating worlds inspired by the world’s most beautiful canvases, we naturally had to offer players a very high level of visual quality. So we’ve worked with great attention to detail, textures, particules to deliver a dazzling experience that respects the original artwork.
Klimt’s levels shimmer in gold; Monet’s kitchen is bursting with oversized cookware and copper warmth; Napoleon’s snowy pass is a dramatic blend of mist, rocks, and motion. Players move through vibrant, interactive dioramas that feel hand-painted yet fully explorable.
